This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used by PROradius Invoicing, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies to run the Service and to understand how it is used. PROradius Invoicing sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels, and we do not sell or share browsing data. We use one analytics provider, PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to see which screens are used and where the Service confuses people. Recordings mask all page text, not just what you type: names, amounts and contact details appear only as asterisks — and Collector and Cashier accounts are not recorded at all.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets the site recognise your browser between requests — which is how you stay signed in as you move from one page to the next. Some cookies last only until you close the browser; others persist for a set period.

We also use your browser's local storage to remember interface preferences such as light or dark theme, language, and sidebar state. That information stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
3. Third-party cookies
One: PostHog, described in section 2, which we use for product analytics and which stores its cookies under our own domain. Beyond that, some optional integrations you choose to enable may load content from other providers — for example, connecting an official WhatsApp Business Account opens a sign-in window hosted by Meta, which applies its own cookies under Meta's cookie policy. That only happens if you start that connection yourself.
4. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings — every major browser offers this under privacy or security preferences.
To sign out and clear your session cookie, use the sign-out option in the application rather than simply closing the tab.
5. Changes to this notice
If we introduce new cookies we will update this notice and, where the law requires consent, ask for it before setting them. We last did this on 22 August 2026, when we added PostHog product analytics.
