Money, in two currencies
Yes — that is the whole point. Every invoice and payment is recorded in the currency it actually happened in, along with the rate on the day. Bill one client in dollars and the next in lira, then read the same month in either currency whenever you want.
Put a Whish payment link on the invoice. The client taps it, pays, and the invoice marks itself paid with the books updated to match. Whish money sits in its own balance until the funds actually reach your account, then you settle it across in one step — so what you see as cash is money you really have.
Cash, bank transfer, OMT, BOB Finance, and Whish — each one tracked separately, so you always know how much came in through which. Clients can also keep a balance topped up in advance, which pays off new invoices the moment they are issued — the way most subscriber and door-to-door setups run.
Meters, routes, and the people reading them
A wrong digit costs you a client. Catch it first. Every reading is checked against what that client normally uses — more than double or less than half, and it is held for review. Someone confirms it, marks it normal, or fixes the digit before any invoice goes out. If readings are still waiting for review when you bill the whole route, we ask you first.
The collector opens their round on their phone, grouped by generator. Each client shows the last reading and whether a photo is required. Save, and it moves straight to the next client still owing a reading. Collectors see their own round; owners and supervisors see everyone.
Yes. Money a collector takes is held against that collector's name until they hand it in, so at any moment you know who is carrying how much. A balances report shows you where the gaps are, and there is a fast screen for keying in a whole day of collections at once.
Automation that stays polite
No. You choose which reminders exist and how many days before or after the due date each one goes out, and a client hears a given reminder at most once a day. Big runs are sent at a steady pace over the hour, which keeps your number in good standing with WhatsApp.
WhatsApp, SMS, and email. You pick a channel once you have connected it, so a reminder always has a real way to reach the client. SMS runs through your choice of provider, and WhatsApp runs on the official WhatsApp Business service.
Ask about your business in plain English — who owes you, what you earned this month, where the cash went, which clients are furthest behind. It answers from live data, and it can draft something like an invoice for you. Questions it answers on the spot; anything that changes your records waits for you to approve it.
The assistant works inside your own permissions — it can only see and touch what you could see and touch yourself. It never changes anything without showing you exactly what it intends to do and waiting for your yes. Your business's data stays your business's.
Moving in, and moving on
Yes. Clients and items come in from a spreadsheet — download the template, fill it, upload it. You watch it go in, and any row that needs fixing is listed for you to correct and send again. Your accountant can bring your existing chart of accounts as it is: upload it, see how it lines up, and tell us which account does what.
Your data is encrypted, both on its way to us and where it is stored. Everyone on your team gets exactly the access you give them, and you can tie someone to a single branch — a branch manager sees their own branch and stops there.
Yes. If you have your own system or a developer, they can connect to your data with an API key you create and can revoke. We can also notify your system the moment something happens — an invoice is raised, an invoice is fully paid, a payment comes in — so the two stay in step without anyone re-typing. Keys can be limited to one branch.
Any time. Your clients, invoices, payments, and reports export to PDF and Excel with a click, whenever you want. Your records are yours to take with you.
The side your clients see is fully Arabic, right-to-left, today — they read their invoices and pay in Arabic. The screens your own staff work in are still English; Arabic for those is coming, and the groundwork is done.
