Owner

Stop asking someone to send you the numbers

What an owner wants from a phone is one thing: did today go well. The app opens on the figures you would have called the office to ask for.

Collection, outstanding, and overdue — per currency

Outstanding is worked out live from the open invoices. Lira and dollars, each shown on its own. What you see on the phone is the figure the office dashboard is showing at that moment.

The monthly report, exportable from the phone

Pull the month's collection report on the phone and send it as a PDF or a spreadsheet without going back to a laptop. It's the same report the office sees.

Cashouts stay owner-only

Only owners can take money out of a collector's wallet, and it lands in your books the moment they do.

Collector

The visit that didn't pay is worth recording too

The expensive part of a round is the doors that opened and produced nothing. Every visit ends in a recorded outcome, so by the end of the week you know where the time actually went.

Check in where you actually are

Checking in saves where the visit happened, with a note if there is one to make. The client list then shows when each client was last visited, and by whom.

Six ways a visit can end

A visit is logged as paid, partial payment, postponed, refused, not available, or promise to pay. Paid and partial record the amount and the currency; a promise to pay records the date.

Payment on the doorstep

Recording a payment credits the collector's wallet on the spot, and a payment taken anywhere else logs its own visit. The visit history stays complete on its own.

Every visit ends in one of these

Paid Partial payment Promise to pay Postponed Not available Refused

A promise to pay is always dated. Promises come back to you on the day they were made for, so the one a collector took on Tuesday isn't the one everybody forgets.

Manager

Keep the day moving without being at a desk

Managers are the people who unblock everyone else. The app gives them the handful of actions that actually stall a day when they have to wait for someone to get back to the office.

  • Assign a ticket to a person. Tickets take multiple assignees, and the people you assign get a push saying which ticket and who assigned it.
  • Hand clients to a collector. Assign clients to a collector's round from the phone, including extra helper collectors on a client that one person can't cover alone.
  • Edit the invoice while the client is still there. Fix a line, apply a discount, add a fee, and hand the client a correct invoice before they walk away.
  • Withdraw from a collector's wallet. Take the day's cash off a collector's balance and have both sides notified.
  • Watch the round in progress. Owners and Admins can see collector locations and request a fresh fix from a specific collector when they need one.
Tracking, with limits

Location tracking that switches off at 6pm

Following your staff around a map is easy to get wrong. You turn tracking on, and you set the hours, the days, and how long the history is kept.

  • Working hours and working days. A start time, an end time, and which days of the week. Outside that window, there is nothing to look at.
  • Your own reporting interval. Anything from once a minute to once an hour, and you can set how far a van has to move before it reports again.
  • Automatic retention. Location history is kept for the number of days you set, up to a year, then it goes.
  • Only owners and admins can look. Viewing the map, asking for a location, and changing these settings all stay with those two roles.
  • The collector knows when you ask. Asking for someone's current location sends them a notification saying the office asked for it.
Push notifications

Pushed to the people it concerns

Notifications for what matters — payments, tickets, assignments. You only get what's relevant to you, and you decide which of those actually buzz.

Your job decides what reaches you

Wallet cashouts go to owners. Delivery assignments go to collectors. Ticket and chat alerts go to the people who work on them. Your settings list shows the notifications your role actually gets.

Then you decide the rest

Every type has its own switch, per person. The owner who wants a buzz for every payment and the accountant who would rather check in the morning each get their own way.

Follows the phone you're using

Notifications follow the phone you're actually using. Change handsets, carry two, hand the old one down — you keep getting them where you are.
